Brief Profile

Faith is a HR Generalist with over 10 years of Senior Management & development knowledge, extensive hands-on experience on Human Resources Management, Safety Management, HR Outsourced Contracts management, and people development. An exceptional communicator and team leader, who has recruited, trained, led, and developed great teams to achieve results.

She is a full member of Institute of Human Resource Management [IHRM(K)], and an associate member of Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).

She holds a Degree in Business Administration (Major Human Resource Management & Minor in Information Management Systems) from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU) and a Diploma in Public Relations from Kenya Institutes of Management. (KIM) besides several other short term courses.
